Important Information Regarding COVID-19
Our Dental Office is ReOpening
On behalf of my dental team and myself, I hope all is well with you as you have continued to be patient during this crisis, and are safe and well with your family members in your homes. I know how challenging it has been for all of us on so many levels. If you are in need of any help in any way, whether it be errands to run, supplies that need to be obtained, please don’t hesitate to call my office and we’ll see how we may be of service to you.
We have received the GREEN light to open. We will begin seeing patients for routine and regular dentistry as of Monday, May 18, 2020. All patients that have missed or had scheduled treatment postponed will need to contact our office to get you scheduled for upcoming visits. Please be patient with our office administrative team as we have a huge mountain to climb as we had to postpone and reschedule over 400 appointments. But we plan to adjust our office schedules to accommodate your needs and we will work though this unprecedented situation. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We truly appreciate you.
The measures that will be taken for our office to re-OPEN in light of our COVID 19 pandemic is not taken lightly. Distinct medically guided protocols and safety measures (Center of Disease Control – CDC / California Department of Public Health) alongside with my dental organizations (American Dental Association / California Dental Association) are being taken to insure the safest dental office environment. All pertinent measures are being taken into consideration and put into practice as we open up our dental office facility. We want to ensure that we have the best that dentistry can offer post COVID 19. We will be instituting new screening protocols (i.e. health questionnaires, temperature taking, wearing of masks by patients upon arrival). We have consolidated and installed clean air filtering units to insure the cleanest air environment of the dental office. Personal protective equipment at newer and safer levels well be instituted to ensure your safety as well as the entire dental team’s safety as we navigate this “new normal.”
Face Masks – we still have a supply of hand made by my wife Mae Chan, reusable cloth / double sided and fashionable face masks. Please come by to get one while supplies last.
Again, be safe and we look forward to seeing you soon.
